    If you read our Price List carefully you will note that every effort has been made to explain as thoroughly as possible, within the limited space available, the products that we are offering.

    Although we might like to claim that all our products are from organic sources, this is simply not the case: in our experience, there is not the organic product available. Therefore we choose to mark as organic only those products that we can guarantee as such.

    Whilst we endeavor to source from origin as many products as possible we are unable to ensure the provenance of all and accordingly, using the most advanced GC/MS techniques, we have our supplier analyze every oil.

    In accordance with the provisions of Directive 91/155/EECand Article 10 of Directive 88/379/EEC we supply Safety Data Sheets.

    Orders

    Orders are welcomed by telephone, email and post.

    You can order ONLINE direct from our website. Normal dispatch of orders is within 7 working days of receipt (check at time of ordering). U.K. deliveries are made by post or courier on either a 24-hour or 48-hour service. International deliveries are made via Parcelforce Worldwide Express (a 5-10 day service for the majority of countries, for which we will gladly quote at time of ordering) or by your appointed courier or freight agent.

    All orders are fully trackable through our despatch database.

    Delivery costs will be added to the cost of your purchase when ordering. We do not impose any minimum order.

    We have a full refund policy, if by chance you have received a damaged product with a faulty container, we wil refund you in full. Also, if we have sent you out the incorrect items to your order we will replace them with the correct goods at no further cost to you.

    If you have placed an order incorrectly and would like us to refund you we will do this once you have contacted us to let us know the details of your incorrect order.
